Our company participated in the national nuclear high-tech major project "Integrated Microfluidic System for Traditional Chinese Medicine Drug Screening and Drug Research", responsible for the packaging and testing of CMOS-MEMS chips. The project has passed the acceptance with high scores. The company has a production platform that integrates semiconductor and microchip preparation and packaging testing.
